At Créo Body Care, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for canceling orders placed on our website.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

a. Cancellation Timeframe:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • If you wish to cancel your order after this period, please contact our customer service team at creobodycare@outlook.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

b. How to Cancel:

  • To cancel an order, please contact us at creobodycare@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the cancellation. We will confirm the cancellation via email.

c. Refund Process:

  • If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions on how to return the product and receive a refund.

2. Order Cancellation by Créo Body Care

a. Reasons for Cancellation:

  • Créo Body Care reserves the right to cancel any order for the following reasons:
    • The product is out of stock or discontinued.
    • There are issues with processing your payment.
    • The shipping address provided is incomplete or invalid.
    • The order is flagged as potentially fraudulent or suspicious.
    • There are unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

b. Notification:

  • If we need to cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone, providing the reason for the cancellation.
  • If your order is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Cancellable Items

a. Final Sale Items:

  • Certain items, such as those marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable,” cannot be canceled once the order has been placed. Please review the product description carefully before making a purchase.

b. Custom or Personalized Products:

  • Orders for custom or personalized products cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel such an order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Modifications to Orders

a. Order Changes:

  • If you wish to make changes to your order (e.g., update shipping address, change product quantity), please contact us as soon as possible at creobodycare@outlook.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
